New SERV customer portal: intuitive, well set out and transparent
SERV launched its new customer portal at the end of 2025. It simplifies the submission of applications, strengthens collaboration between exporters and financial institutions and adds transparency to ongoing projects.
The customer portal will introduce a new central and digital platform for your insured parties. Whether you’re submitting an initial application, managing existing projects or making change requests – you’ll be doing it in a modern, well organised environment.
The revised onboarding ensures more security and clarity during registration with two-factor authentication. It will now also be possible to set up authorised signatories so that all applications are automatically signed in conformity with the law.
On the initial application, the portal will guide you step by step through all the relevant details about your export project – from business partners through contractual terms to environmental and social aspects. Using the new “shopping basket principle”, select the insurance products you want while SERV individually structures the policy for you – for optimum insurance cover.
Collaboration between exporters and financial institutions will also be simpler and more transparent. Both parties can submit applications on the basis of a specific export project and invite each other – with clearly defined access to the relevant information in each case.
