SERV customer satisfaction survey: good overall satisfaction rating
This year, SERV asked its customers to provide feedback via its customer satisfaction survey. Respondents were asked to score SERV in categories such as satisfaction and SERV’s image, the extent to which SERV’s products meet their needs and the usability of the website and application processes. SERV scored 4.3 – out of a maximum of 5 – in the overall satisfaction category. 94 per cent of respondents also said that SERV met their needs.
