New structure for a new future

New structure for a new future

In order to give Swiss exporters the best possible support and promote their international competitiveness, SERV is constantly advancing its development into a trade facilitator. With this in mind, we are reorganising the Insurance Business division. This is being done as a continuation of the new organisational structure, which began implementation on 1 January 2022.

We will merge the Client Advisory & Acquisition and Large Enterprises & SMEs teams. Brigitte Brüngger will be the head of the new Large Enterprises, SMEs & Acquisition department. This merger is intended to ensure that new customers receive optimal support from Underwriting after the first transaction with Acquisition. This will also optimise customer service for existing customers in French-speaking Switzerland.

The Project Finance & Infrastructure department will now be headed by Carsten Böhler. We want to serve our customers even better and acquire new infrastructure projects by integrating the Pathfinding Initiative into this department.

Tina Rosenbaum, who is currently still head of the Project Finance & Infrastructure department, will in future lead the Strategic Initiatives & Public Relations team. She thus succeeds Robert Suter, who will be leaving at the end of the year after many years at SERV.

These changes will come into effect on 1 January 2023.

We’d like to wish Brigitte, Carsten and Tina every success in their new roles at SERV. We’d also like to thank Robert for his many years of commitment to SERV and wish him all the best with his new challenges. Our team is available, as usual, to address any questions and concerns you might have and looks forward to working together with you in the future.
