Guidelines for multinational enterprises
The OECD Guidelines for Enterprises adopted in the year 2000 contain recommendations for companies operating internationally. They deal, amongst other things, with the following topics (in alphabetical order):

The MNE Guidelines (OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises) make recommendations on the responsible behaviour of enterprises. In 36 countries, non compliant behaviour can be reported to a National Contact Point, which then institutes informal conciliation proceedings. Switzerland too has set up such a Contact Point.
