Article 13 of Switzerland's Federal Constitution and Swiss data protection laws guarantee everyone the right to privacy and protection from misuse of their personal data. SERV complies with these provisions. Personal data is treated in strict confidence and is neither sold nor passed on to third parties.
Working together with our hosting provider, we make every effort to protect the databases from access by unauthorized persons, as well as from loss, misuse or forgery.
No personal data is stored when people access our web pages. Our hosting provider's web server only records anonymous usage data prepared for us so that we can recognize usage trends and thus improve our offering (log files). This usage data is not linked to personal data.
The exception to this is when people contact us voluntarily through the site. If you register your e-mail address, it is stored in a separate database, which is not linked in any way to the anonymous log file. You may cancel your registration at any time.
