Force majeure

Impossibility or unacceptability of the despatch of goods directly due to the occurrence of force majeure risks can be insured with SERV if this risk could not be insured otherwise at acceptable conditions at the commencement of the risk. Force majeure includes events like whirlwinds, floods, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, flood tides, or nuclear accidents outside Switzerland.
