Special review premiums
In special cases we charge a special review premium to cover the substantial and recurrent review work involved in complex financing arrangements (e.g. for project finance or structured finance projects). They are also charged, regardless of the buyer's status, to sustainable development projects (e.g. environmental category A projects).
