Old premium tariff
The current premium tariff entered into force 1 September 2011.
Transitory regulation
The old premium tariff will continue to apply for transactions for which insurance applications (for an insurance policy or for a commitment in principle) have been submitted before 1 September 2011 and for extensions of a commitment in principle submitted before 1 September 2011.
If an application was or is submitted or an existing commitment in principle extended after 31 August 2011, the current premium tariff will apply.
