Supplementary questionnaire
On January 1, 2009 the "Development questionnaire" will be replaced by the "Supplementary questionnaire for larger projects in low-income countries (SQ)". This supplementary questionnaire is required for all applications for the cover of deliveries/services from an amount of 10 million CHF to low-income countries (please see SERV's overall list of countries).
