As an institution under public law, our operating conditions are laid down in laws, specifically the Swiss Export Risk Insurance Act (SERVG) of 16 December 2005, the Swiss Act on the Temporary Extension of the Insurance services of SERV of 20 March 2009, the Swiss Export Risk Insurance Ordinance (SERV-V) of 24 October 2006 and the Amendment to the Ordinance of 22 April 2009.
