Cover practice

The list of countries approved for SERV insurance is updated continuously. The list shows SERV's country classification and its cover practice (including cover for private buyer risks).

The list of banks is likewise updated regularly. It provides information about the banks that are in principle acceptable for the cover of credit risk.

SERV reserves the right to make changes to both the list of countries and the list of banks, and does not accept liability for any errors. It is therefore advisable to seek clarification from SERV in individual cases. The committees' decision when reviewing the relevant application is binding.

The premium cover policy regulates the details of the premium tariff (reductions, surcharges, etc.)

The premium cover practice sets out the amount of and application criteria for reductions and surcharges on insurance premiums and provides further details on the premium tariff.
