Application portal

You can find here our electronic application forms.  In order to use the application forms, you will need access data (identification and password), which can be applied for by contacting our business underwriting office. The application for access can also be made in writing with the form "Access Request to SERV Application Portal".  You will receive the access data per e-mail.
